Dear Parent

 

The state of Delhi is conducting the MR Vaccination campaign w.e.f. 16 January 2019, a strategy to eliminate Measles, and Rubella/CRS. All children aged 9 months to less than 15 years will be provided with an additional dose of MR Vaccine, regardless of previous vaccination status or history of Measles/Rubella like illness.

 

An ‘Orientation Session for parents’, regarding the same has been scheduled on Saturday, 15 December 2018. The session will be conducted by Dr.Jyoti Malhotra, Medical Officer, Office of the Chief District Medical Officer (North West). The details of the sessions are as follows:

Please make it convenient to attend the Orientation Session. Please send the duly filled in consent form to the class teacher by tomorrow i.e. Friday, 14 December 2018.
