CIRCULAR FOR OPEN HOUSE [CLASSES NUR-I]

 

Dear Parent 

The Open House for Nursery-Class I is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 15 December 2018 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Main School Building. In order to make the interaction more productive, please keep the following points in mind:

• Specific time slot according to the roll no. of your child has been allotted for the interaction with the teachers.

Please adhere to the time slot strictly as it is important to avoid the rush of parents at any given time.

• Please keep your interaction with the teachers short and crisp so that maximum number of parents can benefit from the interaction. 

• In case you need to discuss any specific issue with a teacher in detail, please take another appointment on some other day.  

• Please refrain from bringing your ward along to ensure a healthy and smooth interaction. 

• Please ensure that you are carrying the Parent I-card.
