I. Age Criteria for Entry Level Class - Pre School (Nursery) is as follows:

II. For General Category (Open Seats other than EWS/DG/CWSN) Candidates:
Application Forms will be available online between Thursday, 28 November 2024 and Friday,20 December 2024 till 11.59 p.m.at www.dpsrohini.com.
The Application Form along with scanned copies of relevant documents and a non-refundable registration fee of INR 25/- should be submitted online latest by 11.59 p.m. Friday, 20 December 2024.
Please download and keep the print of the Application Form generated after successfully submitting the Application Form for future reference.
Final points (score) will be calculated automatically by the software.

Due to limited seats, it will not be possible to give admission to all the applicants.The application submitted here does not, in any way, entitle the applicant to be admitted to the school.
Separate application forms should be filled for twins/ triplets using the same registered mobile number by clicking on ‘Add New Application’.
List of short listed candidates will be displayed online as per the schedule.
All relevant documents will be verified before the display of lists. The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with a set of self-attested photocopies.
Please ensure that the Birth Certificate carries the name of the child as entered in the Application Form.
Please write a mail at nursery@dpsrohini.com prior to applying under the age relaxation criteria.

No separate communication will be sent via SMS or any other mode.
Please be advised that the school has not engaged any agency to guide in the admission process. Parents who choose to interact with such agencies do so at their own risk.
Instructions for filling up the online form:
This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
It is important to fill the mandatory fields (*).
Distance calculation will be done automatically by Google Maps which is linked with the Application Form. Please note that Google Maps calculate the distance only from the drop-down option. If the locality is typed manually, it may result in erroneous calculation of points.
Please fill in each field of the form. Save the information before moving to the next section.
In case of sibling, please fill the correct admission number as W-_____. The rest of the columns will be auto- filled.
Please check all the details and spellings before submitting.
The form cannot be edited after the payment is made successfully.

Before beginning the application process, please keep the following handy:
Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / equivalent authority.
Latest Photographs of the Applicant, Father and Mother.
Residence Proof (any one) - Ration Card /Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parents, Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents, Electricity Bill/ Landline Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child, Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card issued in the name of the parents.
(The school also reserves the right of a home visit, if required.)
Proof of Sibiling - Copy of latest fully paid fee slip(2024-25)
Alumni Proof of Father and/or Mother - School Leaving Certificate/Marksheet of Class X / XII.
IMPORTANT:
Before uploading any document kindly ensure that the picture is clear and the content is readable.
After completing the Application Form, click on the `Agree` button for online submission of non-refundable registration fee.
The application shall be considered only after successful payment of non-refundable registration fee.
Immediately after the payment, a Registration Number will be generated. The acknowledgement of the same will be sent to you through SMS on your registered mobile number.
You can download the PDF of the filled Application Form from the online application page and
save it for future reference.

In case of any discrepancy of any form, kindly write an e-mail to nursery@dpsrohini.com. Mails regarding this will not be entertained after 12 noon on Monday, 23 December 2024. Queries at any other e-mail Id will not be answered.
Queries mailed to the e-mail id will be responded to within 3 working days.
No change will be entertained by the school in the submitted form.
Submission of a new form is possible. However, notification regarding the same should be sent through mail at nursery@dpsrohini.com (before 20 December 2024)
Incomplete/ wrongly filled forms and the forms with wrong/ unclear documents will be rejected at the time of verification.
Application Procedure at a Glance
